  4. Be sure that a complete version of TechTool Pro 2 version 2.0.3r1 is installed on your hard drive. If you have a version prior to 2.0.3r1, you must first update your current version to 2.0.3r1. An updater is available in the DOWNLOADS section of www.micromat.com.

  6. 1) Remove the "Protection Extension" file from your extension folder. Replace it with the new one included in the update folder.

  8. 2) Remove the "TechTool® Protection" control panel from your control panel folder. Replace it with the new one included in the update folder.
  9.  
  10. 3) Remove the "TechTool® Pro Advice" file from your TechTool® Support Files folder. Replace it with the new one included in the update folder.
  11.  
  12. 4) Remove the "DNA" file from your TechTool® Support Files folder. Replace it with the new one included in the update folder.
  13.  
  14. 5) Run the TechTool Pro updater application.
